Harlem Children’s Zone CEO Kwame Owusu-Kesse and Founder and President Geoffrey Canada appeared on “CBS Sunday Morning” to discuss the impact of pandemic learning loss on our nation’s young people and what HCZ is doing to confront the crisis.

For the segment, Mr. Owusu-Kesse and Mr. Canada sat down with Tracy Smith at our West Side Community Center — home of HCZ Promise Academy I — to explore this critical issue, including how HCZ is ensuring that our scholars continue to thrive as our community and country recovers from the pandemic.
