To that end, we prioritize the health and wellbeing of all our staff members — providing free mental health resources so we can all bring our best selves to work. Spring Health

Through Spring Health, HCZ staff can access the following benefits:

  • Therapy – 6 FREE therapy sessions for staff members and eligible dependents (6 and older) fully covered by HCZ (additional sessions may require a copay)
  • In-app wellness exercises – Exercises in meditation, better sleep, and more
  • Recommendations – Assessments to identify the right care for your needs
  • Dedicated support – Guidance from your personal Care Navigator
  • Medication – Help managing your medications from psychiatrists

Through Journey Meditation, HCZ staff can access free mental health and wellbeing programs to help with stress management, performance and productivity.

Crisis Text Line

All HCZ staff members have access to Crisis Text Line, a free, 24/7, high-quality text-based mental health support and crisis intervention service. Text “POWER” to 741741 to connect with a crisis counselor.

Headspace (Mindfulness and Sleep)

HCZ staff members can enjoy a free subscription to Headspace, an app featuring 1000+ hours of mindfulness and sleep content and mini exercises for busy schedules.

Employee Assistance Program (Support for Bereavement and Traumatic Events)

Receive professional and confidential services to help you and your family members address a variety of personal, family, life, and work-related issues. This includes the loss of a loved one and other traumatic events. ACI’s services include:

  • Unlimited telephonic clinical assessment and referral
  • Up to 3 sessions of professional assessment for employees and family members
  • Unlimited child care and elder care referrals
  • Legal consultation for unlimited number of issues per year
  • Financial consultation for unlimited number of issues per year
