HCZ Is the Place to Inspire Scholars Beyond the Classroom
Every child has unlimited potential. Work with our scholars to explore their passions, achieve academic success, and excel in college, their careers, and life. Our programs include:
- Peacemakers: Partners with Harlem’s public elementary and middle schools to help scholars be successful in and out of school. The program provides academic support, STEM, civics, and arts enrichment activities, health and wellness workshops, and advocacy case management.
- A Cut Above: Empowers scholars in grades K–8 to make future-focused decisions and become well-rounded leaders. The program cultivates a culture of excellence through personal and social development, academic support, health and wellness, STEM and arts enrichment, and community service.
- Zone High School After School Programs: Empowers scholars to build the skills, confidence, and real-world experiences they need to thrive in college, their careers, and life. Our programs include Academy of Arts and Civic Engagement, Employment and Technology Center, and Countee Cullen Community Center.
