LIFT is offering remote consultation services for family law concerns including child support, custody, visitation, child welfare, and IPV.

Correctional Facilities Visits

Visitation to all correctional facilities is suspended until April 11, 2020; legal visits not impacted. Provisions extended to those who are incarcerated include stamps, electronic messages, and phone call.

Tenants’ Rights
