Harlem Children's Zone's TRUCE Media program is currently hiring a full-time Program Coordinator who is highly motivated, extremely organized with demonstrated commitment to the mission of TRUCE and the Harlem Children’s Zone. The Program Coordinator (PC), under the supervision of the Program Director (PD), provides effective leadership and support to advise and manage all programmatic components in organizational structure development, resource management and curriculum development as part of the executive team.

TRUCE is currently hiring for the following position(s): F/T  AMERICORPS PEACEMAKERS/Teaching Artists:  Part of the Americorps national service program, Peacemakers are responsible for working with youths (ages 13-19) to develop their artistic, educational and leadership potential. Peacemakers prepare lesson plans, coordinate arts-based projects and lead workshops. All Americorps/Peacemakers must be able to complete their one-year service commitment. There is the potential to renew your contract for one additional year at the end of your first year.

The Harlem Children's Zone Employment and Technology Center Program is currently seeking a Full-Time Student Advocate to work as part of a comprehensive technology, arts, media, and academic-based youth development program that serves approximately 300 high school students.  The Student Advocate will be responsible for monitoring the progress of each student assigned to their caseload through regular contact and collaboration with the student, his/her parents, school staff, and all other stakeholders.  The Student Advocate will develop individualized action plans to help students achieve academic, social and personal success.
